Terms of Use

MyNaap (“MyNaap”, “we”) is an independent search and discovery tool that helps people find Pakistani clothing across third-party retailers and connect with local tailors. By using mynaap.pk you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. We are a discovery service, not a seller

MyNaap does not sell, stock, ship, or fulfil any products. We index publicly available product information from third-party retailers and link you to their own websites, where any purchase takes place directly between you and that retailer under their terms. We are not a party to, and are not responsible for, those transactions.

2. Brand content, trademarks & intellectual property

Product images, names, descriptions, prices, logos and trademarks belong to their respective brands and retailers. MyNaap is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them. Brand names are used only nominatively, to identify products and help you find them. Prices and availability are shown for convenience, may be out of date or inaccurate, and should always be confirmed on the retailer's page.

3. Tailor referrals

Tailors shown in the “Get it tailored” feature are independent businesses discovered via Google Maps. MyNaap is a free referral tool only: we do not employ tailors, provide tailoring, set prices, handle payments, or guarantee any tailor's work, quality, timelines, or conduct. Any arrangement is solely between you and the tailor, made through your own WhatsApp or contact details.

Designs you share should be treated as reference and inspiration. You are responsible for your requests. Do not ask a tailor to produce counterfeit goods or exact copies of designs, prints, or embroidery that are protected by copyright, registered design, or trademark rights. MyNaap does not authorise or condone the copying of protected designs.

4. Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully and for personal, non-commercial discovery. Do not scrape, overload, or abuse the service, or use it to infringe any third party's rights.

5. Intellectual-property concerns & takedowns

We respect intellectual-property rights. If you are a brand or rights-holder and believe content shown on MyNaap infringes your rights, contact us at business@mynaap.pk and we will review and remove it promptly.

6. No warranty; limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyNaap is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service, from third-party retailers or tailors, or from inaccurate prices, availability, or listings.

7. Changes & contact

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes. Governing law is that of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Questions: business@mynaap.pk.
